I think we all know by now that @arturos.nj and @thebreadstand are closing this week and reincarnating themselves a week later as “Artie’s” like a glorious phoenix swirling out of the ashes of prodigious popularity. If you didn’t know about that,… well then…surprise! Check out Arturo’s instagram for the details. It’s gonna be amazing. OF NOTE: They’ll have a liquor license. This is going to be like the Voltron of local eateries. Who’s got metaphors? I’ve got metaphors.

If that weren’t enough to get you to embark on an expedition to Newark Ave, near the outskirts of our adorable town, then maybe the fact that everything the two places make is just fantastic will do it. I had some mushroom truffle ravioli at Arturo’s yesterday for lunch. Hashtag chef’s kiss.

It was imperative to go there for lunch. There are lines out the door for dinner *every night*. They can bank on their popularity alone to make Artie’s a success. I’m sure it won’t be a problem.
