The process I took with this bluejay was a bit more straightforward & careful than some others. I penciled out a solid sketch of the bird, then went in with some ink, then colored it in. The process is generally always the same, but there are variations I make every time. Some of them are more careful and precise, some of them are messy and unpredictable.
This original artwork is framed with a white mat, but easily removable if you'd like to frame it with something of your own.
