Draw something. You’ll feel better.

There have been times where I’ve felt immediately more relaxed as soon as my pen touches the paper.

It’s some kind of magic spell. Or probably a little bit of science. Either way, it’s very easy. All you need is something to draw on and something to draw with. The simple act of slowing down, putting the phone off to the side, and rendering whatever’s in front of you that you find lovely… it’s meditative.
